Winnie The Pooh Vintage Hard Shell Case Bag Bear Honey 90's Kids Purse Unique Very unique kids bag from the 90's. It is buying hard like a hard shell case and has a locking latch closure. I don't have the original key but it should just be one of those generic small silver keys. The strap is adjustable. See photos for measurements.
