This press is made of a food grade NSF approved HDPE base 1/2” thick and Northern hardwood arms finished with a hand-rubbed food-safe finish. Please note that the mold shown and/or follower is NOT included buying PLEASE READ: Though compact in size, the maximum capacity of the press is a mould/follower with a diameter of about 8-1/2" and 7" height. Base measures about 11" x 8" and the rods are 9" center to center. Zinc-coated threaded rods are 12" long.
