OFF. * Near the top on the metal, it is also marked SPARKLETS CORPORATION, NEW YORK 4D6. * The bottom of the bottle is marked 266 MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA * Has black turning handle at the top that reads Sparklets * Measures 13 1/2" tall and 4" wide * It is VERY heavy * All items are sold AS IS and AS DESCRIBED * Previously owned items are not always perfect * Normal signs of wear and tear should be expected * Please view all photos carefully for complete description * We ship the next business day.
