These can coolers are made to FIT 12 OZ. CANS AND BOTTLES and are made with Superior Elite 3MM thick neoprene for premium insulation.

If you would like more than one cooler color, separate orders need to be placed for cooler colors wanted. All coolers within the same pack are to be the same. No exceptions.

OUR HANDLING TIME

Our handling time for blank coolers is 1-7 business days depending on daily production volume.

We can sometimes experience high volume, and can only ship so many packages a day, and as to be fair with all our customers in equal need for them, we ship our coolers in the order purchases come in. In rare occasions, we might be able to rush an order at our discretion, if we think it's necessary. If you absolutely need us to rush your order, please contact us and let us know and we will do our best to get them to you as fast as we can. If we cannot meet your deadline, we will contact you let you know. At this point, you can choose to proceed with the order at the regular handling time, or you can cancel your order for a full refund.

Also, in the spirit of also keeping everyone safe, we are alternating shifts as to keep the least amount of people within our building at the same time. We are constantly changing our masks and gloves, as well as regularly washing and sanitizing our hands. This also adds a little more time to our handling period. These precautions are in place to protect ourselves, but also to keep YOU safe, as we are handling your goods.

HAWAII, ALASKA, US TERRITORIES & PROTECTORATES

Our shipping rates included in prices are valid in the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories and protectorates might require additional shipping costs. We can easily provide you with a quote to these locations prior to your purchase, or you will receive a link for price adjustment (if adjustment applies).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to variations in size and weight of packages depending on pack quantity chosen, we cannot automatically calculate shipping.

If you would like to place an order with destination outside the US, please contact us so we can give you a shipping quote, and if you would like to proceed with purchase, we will send you a custom listing.

CURRENT SHIPPING DELAYS

We use USPS as our main postal carrier. USPS, along with all other major carriers, are currently experiencing delays. As per USPS' website: “Due to limited transportation availability as a result of nationwide Covid-19 impacts, package delivery times may be extended. Priority Mail Express® Services will not change. If you would like your package to be shipped via UPS instead, please send us a message prior to placing your order. Make sure to include products and quantities to be ordered, along with your shipping address, and we will send you a quote for UPS' shipping methods.

Please understand that regardless of shipping method chosen, delays are to be expected. If your tracking number has failed to update delivery progress for over a week, or your package is shown as delivered but you have not received it, please feel free to contact us and we are more than happy to help you track it and/or file a claim in your behalf to help you locate it. However, WE ARE NOT TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED AND/OR LOST PACKAGES, as this is completely out of our control. Once we ship your package, we have absolutely no power over how long it will take for it to get to you. We do not offer refunds on missing packages, as this is not our fault.

We do offer package insurance and delivery confirmation services. If you would like to add insurance to your package, or require a signature upon delivery, please contact us so we can send you a quote for additional services wanted. Make sure to include products and quantities to be ordered, along with your shipping address.

Now that you've been informed of potential carrier delays, please consider this before leaving us, or any other seller, a bad review for something that we have no control over. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and things are not moving as fast as what we're used to. Negative reviews directly affect small business such as ours and other Etsy sellers, and like you, we are just trying to hang in there until things are normal again.

Hating on postal carriers and workers is also not cool! Don't you wanna be cool? Men and women all over the world are leaving their homes every day and risking their lives so you can get your goodies as fast and as safely as possible. They are overwhelmed, understaffed, underpaid, and unappreciated (and now, underfunded). Delays and mistakes will happen, they are tired humans that don't get paid enough for this mess. Be patient. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your orders. Please contact us for return information.

Time is of the essence! Any broken items, defective merchandise or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims will not be honored after this period! Ripped or defective merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item, we do not offer refunds. Please make sure to include a photo of product received and describe problem.

If you are returning your coolers, for any reason other than an error on our end (exchanging for another color, for example), you are responsible for return shipping fees, and your original shipping fees will not be refunded, only coolers themselves will be refunded.

If we make a mistake, and you've received the wrong item, whether it's a defective item, wrong style, color, or such, we are happy to send you a replacement or full refund (with shipping) if order cancellation is preferred. If a return label is needed, we will make sure to send you one on us.
