BARBARA BIXBY STERLING SILVER (.925) HEART ENHANCER WITH 18K GOLD DETAILS. The enhancer is designed with a vine overlay on a blue gemstone. I do not know what the gemstone is, but it is a very pretty shade of blue - leaning towards a teal shade. I took pictures with different color backgrounds, trying to get a picture with the exact color. I think the 1st pictures matches the color of the enhancer the best. There is a keyhole in the middle of the pendant and a sterling silver vine surrounds the keyhole. The three leaves on the buying vine are in 18 K gold as is the flower at the top of the enhancer. The last 2 picture are the back of the pendant. The piece is about 1.25" tall, including the bale and 1" without the bale. It's about 15/16" wide. The enhancer is in excellent condition; there are no scratches, missing pieces or repairs.
