New in plastic. (Just took out to try on & take pics) Some reviews claimed it ran small so I sized up. It is more true to buying size. It's huge on me. I love it but, it will fit a true 2X better. I ordered another in a 1X. I love that one & will be ordering more. This one is my loss. I have it here now so you won't need to wait a month on their shipping. Has built in shorts with pockets on both sides. Has molded cups. I'm a 38G & I can wear this with NO BRA!!! Amazing!!!.
