NIADA Doll Artist Marianne DeNunez Cyril Civil buying War Man 1977

This is "Cyril" Civil War Man as described on the handwritten card by NIADA doll artist, Marianne DeNunez. He, also, is signed but his wig is covering it up and glued tightly. Please see photo of the back of his head. His face is painted-on' and, also, with much detail. He has a Bisque socket head with separate shoulder plate, bisque lower arms and lower legs with painted-on black boots. Not sure if his body is leather or faux leather. He comes with a cotton jersey long night shirt which buttons. Ms. Nunez is registered with the National Institute of American Doll Artists.
