From my Mom's private collection, this Limoges brooch (pendant) was made in France. It is hand-painted picture of Napoleon II, son of Napoleon I and Marie-Antoinette of Austria. It isThe cameo is porcelain and is surrounded by a goldtone metal. It can be worn as a brooch or as a a pendant on a necklace.
The brooch is in good, used condition based on it's age. The finish has some discoloration. The clasp works well. The Limoges, France markings are very clear on buying the back.
2 1/2" diameter
