I spent over 6 buying hrs to make sure this builds as if it were NIB. The instruction manual hasn't been opened (still in original sealed plastic). The decals are in the package with the manuals so they also haven't been used for the assembly (built one time by myself and then put behind glass for display until I broke it down to list).
