They are easily swapped  to process vegetables, solid fruits, nuts, hard cheese, etc. Conversion to a meat grinder is a quick process. Just change out a few parts. The instruction pamphlet is included.  This is a pre-owned vintage appliance. Some of the white plastic components have yellowed a bit buying (see pictures). Otherwise it's in good working condition.
