Designer Carol Felley sterling silver blue topaz ring. Made in 1990. This vintage ring is a beautiful example of her work. She is a sought after native designer from New Mexico. The ring is a large blue topaz bezel setting statement ring with dogwood flowers and leaves at the base. I couldn't find another like this one for sale at the time of posting. Ring is size 7 and it's 20mm long and 15mm wide buying and 8mm depth.
