-Please note that the headset is in working condition but has two defects: cracked plastic, near the headband and the slider. Secondly; at random times when used wirelessly it would make a beep sound meaning it disconnected and reconnects and the sound continues as normal, yet if you were using the mic, you would need to just turn it off and back on to get the mic back on. I was suppose to send it into Asus for their warranty and then the plastic part cracked. -Also, the left ear pad has been replaced with a generic, thicker one. -Overall, it works but the plastic makes it difficult to adjust the headset. -I find it too difficult of a task to fix or spend the money to have Asus repair it, and I don't want to adjust all the time and hear the plastic moving or cause further damage.
