Signed Art Glass Evil Eye. Modern paperweight , Signed Phonecian Weight. Vintage. Measures approximately 1.75" Tall X 3" long. Wonderful example of studio art glass. Hand signed C Heaney and dated 1995. Also has the paper label. Excellent condition.
