This unique pink glass pedestal platter features an etched wheat design on the underside of the glass, a very popular mid-century design. It is also beaded intermittently on a gently sloped rim. The curved rim has a 1/2” depth which makes it harder for your dessert to slip off the platter when you're passing it around. It is both beautiful and useful. It would make a lovely buying gift for the vintage collector or someone who throws elegant parties. Measures 8 1/2" in diameter and 2 1/4" tall, with a 1" pedestal. CONDITION: There are no chips, nicks, or cracks. The etched design is completely intact. The glass is clear and reflects all the detail beautifully. There are light use marks, and some marks look like they were created with items that were stacked on top of the platter.
