Drishti refers to a focused gaze or stabilizing point, and is practiced in both yoga and meditation as a means of developing concentrated intention.
The ZenStones Drishti Mala was created using both Kyanite and Rosewood--drawing upon their metaphysical qualities to help improve mental clarity, support alignment of the Chakras, and raise the vibrations of the wearer to reach a higher state of consciousness.
