Calf Leather which I use is best quality, waterproof and resistened for scratching. Additionally I use a very soft polar material inside to protect the surface of the wooden chessboard.

For shipping the product is carefully protected so you shouldnt be waried about it even if it has an irregular shape.
Product is handmaded and a cover is strictly made for particular chess set so if I dont have it in stock, I need 1-14 days to complete a set.
Regular delivery by post agency should take about: USA/Australia 7-10 working days; UE 3-5 working days.
