Semi-custom made by Emily Cruz from Dance In Pretty Things. Queen themed costume, has a halter top neckline that just slips over the head. There is no clasp, but I believe one could be added if you are crafty. Has a gold regal collar, with gold appliques on the hip areas, and rhinestones. Will also come with the wristbands as pictured. We are the original owners, and my daughter was a street size child 5 at the time it was made for her. It's gorgeous and sparkles, but we ended up going a different direction with her solo. Only tried on, but never used!! Paid $215, buying so my loss is your gain!.
