Made of thickly coated plaster

Well measures 4" deep and 4.5" at it's widest point
We've cleaned and dusted this beauty. Wax has dried and is coming away from bottom well. Two small chips have been repaired, one buying on the bottom of the stump and one at the opening of the well.
