This is a Japanese antique natural indigo dye silk & cotton kinukoubai fabric .When exposed to bright light, the colors can be seen through.

There are no stains,damage . Kinukobai is woven using cotton thread for the thick thread of the lattice part and silk thread for the fine thread of the other part.
