Patriotic Stars and Squares Design buying - LAP QUILT – Red White and Blue

This patriotic patchwork quilt was created by hand-piecing white eight-pointed stars among a field of small red buying, white, and blue squares. The border is a blue print with red, white, and blue stars, serving to further the quilt's All-American feel. The backing features a waving American flag print. The top-stitched looping stars & stripes pattern in white thread complements the front of this quilt nicely!

Size measures approximately 49” x 41”. This quilt would be a gorgeous addition to a living room or den as a throw on the back of a couch. It would also look wonderful folded decoratively on the bottom shelf of a coffee table, just ready for a breezy summer night to require its use. Life happens, so when the quilt needs a wash, simply launder on the gentle cycle with cold water and similar colors. Do not use bleach. To dry by machine simply use a low heat or gentle setting in the dryer. Or, do it the old fashioned way - hang it on the line for that crisp air smell and longer life of the quilt!

After washing remember that the quilt will wrinkle a bit, just the way it should!
