buying Fascinating early Inuit carving of a person gazing upward toward the stars head. Detailing to face, eyebrows, hairline.

The carving has a "Canadian Eskimo art" sticker on the underside, which helps to date it as made on or before 1965.

Also registration number along with the artist's disc number E9-837, which is the identifier for Jusi Qumaluk (1929-1984) of Povirnituq.
