Restored! Griswold “Victor” Cast Iron Skillet #8 buying Skillet p/n 722

This is a gorgeous Griswold Victor #8 skillet. These skillets were manufactured by the Griswold Manufacturing Company from 1920 until 1935. It measures 9 3/5” across and is approximately 1 3/4” deep. These skillets were manufactured to be a little shallower than the Griswold logo line. This skillet is in excellent condition. The cooking surface is smooth and clean with only utensil scratching. It doesn't sit flat on buying a granite countertop. The movement stops when 2 playing cards are placed underneath one spout and 1 card under the opposite side. It has a high spot in the center bottom which causes this skillet to spin. This skillet would be best suited for a gas range. This skillet has been restored and seasoned.
