Tex Jones

Imagine walking thru the world where any object you see around could be considered a possible recourse to make art. That is the world that Tex Jones lives in. combining found objects with traditional art material he produces that work you see here.

Tex Jones started working as an artist in 1996 in San Francisco. He has studied at some of the top art schools in the world (and he has been buying asked to leave most of them. which schools cannot be named here due to legal reasons). He spent many years working as a farmer in Greenland trying hard to make that country green (but he is a terrible farmer so it did not work). Tex built a reputation as a man who is willing to make art out of any object. He showed regularly in galleries on the left coast for years, until 2013 when he went into hiding, due to a misunderstanding with the Ruling Czar of Canada. Tex has now resurfaced in the world and is once again making art.
