This dainty gold plated ring was made with a 4mm lavender quartz stone and a 20 gauge round wire. The sterling silver is plated with 18k gold and will wear off if washed repeatedly. The stone has a gorgeous translucent glow that shimmers a pinkish-purple color and was mined in Bahia, Brazil. This stone is rare due to the nature of its lavender color. It is only found in a small mine in Brazil. The stone similarly reflects the adularescence of moonstone. Quartz is the highest quality clarity buying in colored gemstones and light dances beautifully within the stone.
