This is pre-owned and there is some minor damage, which I've tried to get closer pictures of: - Light fixture has fallen off (these lights did not light up). I still have the light itself and will put it with the item in case the buyer wants to repair it. - Minor chips - Missing tree by the buying steps - Missing 2nd chimney piece These imperfections are not super noticeable and the item is otherwise in great shape. Please note that it will not come with a wire light up attachment, but almost any should work with it. The item does come with its original box.
