From my sewing room...a pair of shorts I made using a combination of vintage handembroidered linens. Elastic waist, side pockets, comfy and light just for summer!, and a beautiful short vest I made from a handstitched and hand quilted vintage quilt . Vest: Bust (flat across) 21 " Length (shoulder to hem) 18" Shorts: Waist: elastic unstretched: 16 1/2"; stretched 20" Crotch front 13 1/2" Crotch back: 15 !/2" Lenght from waist buying :18" As always...As this is made from an used pieces of vintage linens, and a vintage quilt, it is possible to show their history in the form of slight discolorations and/or areas of wear. This gives it character and are not viewed as defects.
