Buying Handmade African Black-wood/Ebony Carving/African Woman/Free Shipping!

A very nice African woman black-wood/ebony carving. Carved from one solid piece of wood. There are no cracks or repairs made to this piece. She was in need of a good sanding when I found her. I then hand-brushed at least five coats of an oil-based polyurethane finish. I found this piece while out treasure hunting one day and was just fascinated by the growth of the wood and the delicate carving. Ebony is an extremely dense wood which makes it difficult to carve. Ebony is actually dense enough to sink in water. Very nice craftsmanship. Heavy piece for its size.
