This adorable reborn doll was fashioned in approximately 2004 at the beginning of the reborn doll craze using a Berenguer (of Spain) vinyl head sculpt. Named Anaya by her original owner, which means "look up to God," this happy baby has full vinyl limbs and a pellet-filled and weighted tan cloth body that has a pocket on the chest designed for a beating heart mechanism, which Anaya does not have. The head and limbs are also weighted. She has open nostrils. Weighing approximately 5.5 pounds, Anaya can wear 0-3 month infant clothes and some preemie clothes. She has dark brown rooted hair and green eyes. The left eyelash needs to be reglued. There is faint discoloration in the chin area and in the crease of her nose. These areas are barely noticeable.
