This listing is for three puzzle piece necklaces that form a heart when placed together. These are made from sterling silver and come on a sterling silver chain. This listing is set to request three identical chain lengths - if you wish different to this please contact me so I can accommodate your requirements. Please also note that as this is hand cut by me the pieces may vary slightly to the picture shown but will still form a heart when put together.

Each piece is hand stamped by me using a hammer and metal letter stamps. The stamping process will always leave an impression through to the back of the metal. It's not engraving and there are no machines involved; as such not all letters will be perfectly aligned or spaced. Please don't see this as a fault, it simply adds to the unique nature of hand stamped jewellery and serves only to make your item even more unique to you....no two will ever be the same.

Each blank is made from either stainless steel, aluminium or sterling silver and come in a variety of shapes and sizes - take a look at what shapes I have available or ask if there is a particular design you would like to be hand cut. You can have pretty much any personalisation that you want, whether it be a name of a loved one, a short message or a date.

Due to the nature of the metals I work with, scratches may appear over time, for example, layered pieces may rub over each other and scratch or key rings and other accessories which are handled on a daily basis can become scratched and marked. Swarovski crystals, other beads and charms that are added can also cause scratches. Beatific Jewellery accepts no responsibility for general wear and tear of any item.

I make every effort to ensure all parts added are securely fixed but can come off if subjected to force. Beatific Jewellery, again, accepts no buying responsibility for this. If you wish for your item to be repaired then please get in touch.

Refunds will not be given on personalised items unless the piece is faulty or a mistake has been made by me. It is your responsibility to ensure all personalisation is correctly spelt. If there is a fault with your order, please contact me immediately.
