PJs are snug fit so are a bigger labeled size. All clothing is in good or great condition. No tears, stains or pilling. Smoke free home. Coat is a 3 in 1 and pants with it are waterproofed for snow. In like new condition. Not pictured is 3 pair of Walmart brand sneakers that I will include for free buying in good clean condition. Size 10.
