+PRE-ORDERS: If an order is listed as a pre-order, that typically means the prints have not been delivered to me yet. They arrive within a week of me purchasing them, which is why I ask for extended time to get them shipped for you!

+SHIPPING: Due to my personal work schedule, please give me at least 3-7 days to ship your prints, also depending on the number of orders I have. I will personally message you if I need more time or if an error has occurred!

+FREEBIES: Each order will receive a handwritten letter, an original mini watercolor painting or ink drawing, and either sweets or stickers! If you have any allergies or dietary preferences, please let me know in the customer comments.

+PAPER: As I order more prints, the type of paper/cardstock changes so I can find the best quality. This is why some prints, such as my first order of 8x10's, are thinner than others!

+DAMAGES: All prints are shipped in rigid mailers to prevent any kind of bending or buying folding while in transit. If your order happens to arrived damaged, please let me know and I will send you a new one!
