This new “Jill” quilt reminds me of the Southwest and the beautiful colors of the desert. Brown clay hills, green cactus, the colors of a beautiful sunset work together to create a beautiful palette. The quilt measures 39 1/2 inches square, with the backing and binding made with a taupe print batik fabric.

The fabrics used for the front and back of the quilt are 100% cotton and are prewashed before construction. The batting is 100% natural cotton which provides softness and durability. The quilt can be machine washed in cold water on gentle and machine dried buying on low/gentle heat or dried flat.

My quilts are pieced and quilted on a traditional sewing machine. Each has a binding that is machine stitched to the front of the quilt, folded over the raw edge and hand stitched to the back side to create a finished edge. Each quilt has a signed label and is made with love in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.
