Antique Japanese buying Cloisonné Vase, Asian Antiques, Asian Decor

This wonderful 1920s Japanese Cloisonné leaded bronze vase has stunning hexagonal open work and 8 large enamel-filled lotus designed shields around it hanging beneath a decorated teal band. The handles on each side feature dog heads. It is marked Made in Japan on the bottom.

The height of the vase is 9.5 inches with a 5 inch diameter at its broadest part. There is a 2.5 diameter opening (excluding rim) and it has a 3.5 inch diameter base.
