A beautiful antique white ironstone pitcher, of unusually large size and quite heavy, by Creil et Montereau in France, the back stamp is known to have been used by the manufacture from 1884 to 1920 at latest. It has an elegant "swan neck" handle, and beautiful proportions. Condition : very well-kept for its buying age, a tiny chip on the back base, light imperfections under the glaze from the manufacturing.
