Vintage Shashi Iris Mauve and Ice buying Blue Gold-Vermeil Earrings

This graceful, Art Nouveau inspired design presents a skirt of mauve iris petals falling from sky blue fronds. Handcrafted of 24k gold over sterling silver. The enameled earrings have french hook backs for pierced ears. Size: 1 1/4 inches.
The Shashi earrings offered here are vintage stock from the 1970's and 1980's. They were designed by the Shashi Singapuri, crafted by hand, and were part of a line buying featured on the cover of vogue (quite a handful of times) and numerous other fashion magazines.
