They are not indestructible. Care should be taken not to excessively tug buying or pull on it. Like anything else that “dangles” it can get caught on something, and with enough force-break. I do not refund or replace charms. Because of cost of figure; beads, supplies and labor- I don't do bundling discounts on my charms.
