This is a very nice Dorothy Wizard of Oz Costume with ribbons and I also added a basket and Toto. This is not the cheap looking Totos buying that usually comes with the costumes. The dress has two layers. This says a girls XLarge, but can also fit a women's sz small. The dress measures 41” long from top of shoulder to the bottom of the dress and 16” across from underarm to underarm. Ribbons are lighter in color than dress as pictured.
