Walter Steiger hand buying painted grafitti made in Italy

Walter Steiger multicolored hand painted graffiti pumps with curved red heels. Size 9.   Preloved but in excellant  condition. Shows wear on the bottom of the shoe. The heels are 3" red curved. The Walter Steiger shoes are know for their curved heels.  The shoe is made of fabric but what type is not listed on the shoe.  Feels like silk but can't confirm it is. The heel appears to be red patent.   The heel tips have been replaced so the tips overlap on the heel a bit.  Not noticeable when wearing buying
