Antique French Mother Of buying Pearl Crucifix , Antique French Crucifix, First Communion Crucifix, Wedding Crucifix

This superb, antique French, hallmarked crucifix, is made of mother of pearl and silver. The figure of Christ is separately applied and nicely detailed. The mother of pearl cross, is lustrous and contrasts well with the silver tips and figure of Christ. There is a hallmark, on the top ring of the crucifix and a silver cross on the back for engraving. There is a little ding on the buying bottom of the crucifix on the silver tip. Barely noticeable. (See photo 7).
It dates from the early 1900's and would have been produced by French artisans. In very good condition. Would make a beautiful wedding gift or for a special religious occasion.

It measures 3.1/8" height x 1.3/4" width x 0.5" depth or 8cm x 4.5cm x 12mm
