This is a vintage oil painting of an old farmhouse. It's painted on canvas. It has a wood frame around it. The painting is in really good condition. The frame has got some scratches on the front. The back looks like the paper was tore off by someone else and it buying really made the back of the frame look horrible. All in all it's a beautiful painting. It looks like the signature is Wanda but I'm not sure. The measurements will include thr frame. It's 20.5" in. X 24.5" in.
