Beautiful Vintage 1981 Robert Cox Multicolor Flowers In A Vase Oil Painting In Wood Frame American Artist Robert Cox's (1934-2001) was one of the most prolific painters of the 1970s and 1980s. His paintings were primarily brightly colored floral stills that were created using a palette knife. He paid special attention to natural light and shadow, especially on the petals and leaves of his pieces. His works were featured at Carnegie Visual Arts Center, and were offered at auction multiple times. Artist signature is on the lower right corner of the painting. Cox - FL - 81 is written on the back of the painting.
