This is a Halloween Luminary for tea lights, a string of LED/fairy lights can be placed inside or a flameless candle. It has many windows and cut outs in buying the roof where the light shines through this spooky Halloween house. This was only ever used as a display piece and there was never anything burning inside of it. There is one very tiny chip on the front of the roofs down slope (see picture 5) and there is also a tiny area where the paint is missing in the corner of the roof and window (see picture 6). It's practically not noticeable. Please see the rest of the pictures for further inspection. I went over this multiple times and with a flashlight. Those were the only 2 areas I found but I am not a professional so please examine the photos as well.
