This is a vintage 14k silver ring with a 1/4 carat diamond stone, purchased in the 1950s. It was my grandmother's engagement ring which she passed down to me Size 7 (diameter measures 17mm exactly) It is in good condition. I just have to sell to help pay some medical costs!
