Brand New / Never Used or Displayed / Kept in storage for many years The instructions say that Replaceable batteries included. I do not know because I haven't taken it out of its holder. Maybe there are batteries underneath. If there is you might want to put NEW ones in because I don't know if they would work. Also, don't know if there are batteries inside snowman already. If so, they could be dead. Again, Never took out of display to know. Will list as NEW.
