The FON people (previously referred to as the Dahomey), are a large ethnic group who inhabit regions in BENIN and TOGO in WEST AFRICA

In Good condition & no visible cracks, with some oxidisation and distressed metalwork. Nice patina with some white painting. Custom professionally mounted on metal base included and worth $40 on its own. Found in Africa by a well known and experienced London Tribal Art Dealer.
