Works well on wood and some metals. It cannot cut wood but it can cut paper. Working area 7.5cm x 7.5cm (3x3 inches) The software is downloadable online and I'll provide instructions on how to use it. It requires a data cable (included) and a computer to operate. Windows recommended, MacOS is supported but I've read reports that it doesn't work well. I will include some pieces of wood for engraving testing. Has a protective front cover so safety glasses are not required. It works perfectly well, I'm selling it because I upgraded to buying a better laser.
