Dark Blue 30s buying 40s Dress Medium Large

Size Medium to Large. 30s or 40s dark blue dress. It has wonderful sewing details at the shoulders, shoulder pads and a v- neck front. The sleeves closes with snap buttons. I think buying the fabric is a crepe rayon. It is kind of a heavy fabric. No other openings, goes on over the head. The only flaw I can find is some discoloration at the hem in front ( see pic) . No labels, probably handmade in Norway in the 30s or early 40s.

Bust: 100cm - 39in
Waist: 82 cm - 32 in
Hips : 100 cm - 39 in
Length: 97 cm - 38 in
