Vintage sleeveless black velvet dress with side slits. An iconic buying 90's mini dress! Black velvet over red base fabric; the red is visible as you move in the light (see 7th photo for reference). Tag reads "joule" - 50% polyester, 40% nylon, 10% spandex. Made in the US. Dry clean only.
