Vintage Oil on Board Landscape THE BIG HORNS by Lucille Chapman Miller This is a very nice oil on board painting of mountains titled The Big buying Horns. The painting is done in a heavy impressionist manner and is well executed. The painting is set in a mid century frame and is signed Miller in the lower right. On the back there is a card with the name Lucille Chapman Miller, the artist. On the back of the painting is also has the name of the piece, The Big Horns. I have been unable to to find any information specific to this artist. The frame measures 24 5/8" x 20 1/2" sight seen dimensions are 19 1/2" x 15 1/2" The painting is in excellent condition with only minor wear to the frame, it is ready to hang. 7-8 pounds.
