This brooch is set with 18 original Bohemian buying garnets in a fine burgundy darkred color and 9 handset freshwater seed pearls. The garnet set center is 0.8 inch high and 2.4 inch wide. It was made in the old alloy Tombak/Pinchbeck yellowgoldplated like it was usual in those days. The weight of this brooch is 4.0 gram.
